50 Min Online Video/Chat Session – Individual and Couples - $85 (www.catalano.breakthrough.com)
Substance Abuse Assessment (2hrs) - $300
In-home (onsite) Substance Abuse or Mental Health Assessment and Care Coordination - $400 (Austin Area)
Private Insurance
I currently do not accept insurance. However, you may be able to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company on your own. Please call to discuss this option and ask in advance for a form to submit for reimbursement. Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.
